Donation Request Form

At Gervais, our mission is to care for the community we live in. We are happy to support non-profit organizations that align with our mission and whose focus is for environment, education, equality, wellness and/or empowerment. We do not donate to organizations with religious or political affiliation.

Please submit your donation request at least 1 month before the donation is needed. We will contact you within 2 weeks to let you know if your donation request is approved.
