Last week I visited Gervais for the first time and had a massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure. I had some tea they offered me while I waited. When called back, I changed into a robe and sandals they had ready for me and put my things into a locker. I’m used to getting massages and I had one of the best massage I’ve ever had. Libby made me feel comfortable and listened well to my areas of focus. The hot towel on my feet halfway through was my favorite part. I forgot I was even there a few times. After the massage I was offered a shower or foot soak before my facial appointment, so I did the foot soak by a fireplace and had some more tea and a snack I brought. *If you do a package with multiple appointments back to back, bring a snack. Kayla welcomed me back for my facial. She asked me about my skincare routines and goals for the session. I’ve only ever had one other facial, which was a bit different than this. It was like getting another massage almost! In between the things she was doing with my face, she massaged my scalp while I laid and soaked it all in. Again, I was so relaxed that I forgot I was even there a time or two. She gave me the status of my skin and tips for improving it, informed me of the products she used and set aside some of her recommended Aveda products (based on my current skin condition) they carry for me to consider when I checked out for the day. My skin felt so hydrated afterwards and it looked amazing. It glowed. I scheduled another session with Kayla immediately after. Andrea did my toes and nails and was wonderful to talk to and hang out with. It was a great way to end the day, although I thought it lacked champagne, lol! The atmosphere at Gervias is calming and the staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. It was better than I expected and am so excited to go back again.

I have been seeing Ariel P, for many years and just love her. She’s an absolute expert stylist, and she feels like family. After each visit, I feel 10 years younger! The staff there is always very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Judy G.

I had an amazing experience. Raine is wonderful! She did an excellent job on my nails. The color I picked out compliments my skin tone very well and she loved the color too.I loved the experience and am very happy with my results. Getting married this coming Monday and my nails look amazing. I will definitely be coming back again when it comes to getting my nails done. Thank you guys very much. You guys rock!

Ruby did an amazing lash tint/lift! She was personable, fun and professional. And my eyelashes turned out awesome! She explained the whole process and made sure I was doing ok during it then she provided excellent aftercare instructions. Definitely recommend!
