Getting ready for your first visit to our spa? You’re going to love it! Here are a few things you need to know.


We suggest making spa reservations at least one week in advance to assure preferred times and staff preferences.
Multiple guests are advised to plan 4 to 6 weeks in advance.

When you arrive

For your first visit, please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time for paperwork. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.


Market: There are three free parking lots available for 5th Street Market customers.

Midtown: Our Willamette location has its own parking lot directly behind the building, as well as plentiful street metered parking.

Cancellation Policy

Because services are reserved especially for you, we require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel, change or reschedule appointments. Spa packages and multiple treatments require at least 72 hours advance notice. We require a credit card to reserve appointments—any cancellations or changes without required notice will be charged 100% of the treatment to your credit card or gift certificate.


It is customary to tip generally 10–20% of your service, or what feels right for you. Gratuities are a reflection of your satisfaction. An 18% gratuity will be added for parties of four or more.

Guests without Services

We are not able to accommodate additional guests who do not have services booked. We ask that, in order to be respectful of other guests and service providers, you do not bring children who are not receiving services. If someone receiving services requires a parent or assistant, we will absolutely accommodate. Service animals are absolutely allowed. These animals need to be kept under the control of it’s handler.
