Reservations
We suggest making spa reservations at least one week in advance to assure preferred times and staff preferences.
Multiple guests are advised to plan 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Please have a credit card available at the time of your reservation.

When you arrive
For your first visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for paperwork. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.

Cancellation Policy
Because spa treatments are reserved especially for you, we require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel, change or reschedule appointments. Spa packages and multiple treatments require at least 72 hours advance notice. Any cancellations or changes without required notice will be charged 50% of the treatment to your credit card or gift certificate. No shows will be charged full price.

Parking
Lincoln - There is 2 hr parking on Lincoln Street & meters on 5th ave.
Market - There are three parking lots available for market customers.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid one year from date of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash, or refundable. Gervais gift certificates are redeemable for any products or services.

Gratuity
It is customary to tip generally 10–20% of your service, or what feels right for you. Gratuities are a reflection of your satisfaction. A 15% gratuity will be added for parties of four or more.
